Conus cordigera

Conus cordigera is often considered as a subspecies of the “Noble Cone”, C. nobilis Linnaeus, 1758. In fact in many books it is labelled simply as C. nobilis. C. nobilis is a very variable species and has at least seven widely recognised subspecies – Description by Chong Chen
