Conus geographus (Geographer cone)

The most venomous species of cone in the world. Should be handled with extreme care. Has been reported more than 30 deaths from the sting. A piscivore and large size means a large quantity of venom is injected into the prey or enemy. Be very careful handling live specimens. Lives in shallow water around reefs in the Indo-Pacific except for Hawaii,
