Eclogavena quadrimaculata quadrimaculata (Four-spotted cowrie)

Western Pacific.
Elongate-pyriform to cylindrical. Teeth rather strong, sometimes elevated posteriorly, interstices dull. Dorsum mottled with fine greenish-brown. Four conspicuous black spots on tip.
Intertidal, in shallow water, under rocks and coral slabs.
