Shape rotund, callous. teeth fine, sharply cut. Aperture very narrow. Base tan, margins and dorsum darker, with white spots.

Caught at night in tangle net 50-60ft off Balut Island. Now protected from fishing in the Philippines. Very difficult to get in quality.
