Amphidromus laevus lakorensis

Publication in “The Festivus” , August 2019. The new subspecies is close to Amphidromus laevus janetabbasae Parsons, 2014 but differs mainly in locality (Lakor Island versus Moa Island), larger adult size, more robust shell and inflated body whorl, elongate and more tapering spire, more constricted sutures, less black spiral lines at body whorl, lack of red spiral band below suture,color less yellow at body whorl and whiter at spire whorls.
