Ovatipsa chinensis chinensis f. amiges (Clear chinese cowrie)

Central Pacific to Australia. Elongate oval to rhomboidal. Margins high, less steplike. Spotting fine and distinct, lilac. Dorsal netting forming distinct lucunae. Columellar peritome distinctly ribbed.
Whitworthi was commonly used for the East Australian population but no significant difference from the Pacific chinensis.
