Lambis Lambis – Large Stanage Bay form (Australia), superb red aperture!

On sand, reef flats during low tide. The Australian Lambis lambis are very different, especially these Stanage Bay specimens that have red apertures and can grow to gigantic sizes up or above 300mm!
